| Elemento Chiave | Email Informale (Amici/Conoscenti) | Email Formale (Aziende/Istituzioni) |
|---|---|---|
| Apertura e Scopo | Si inizia in modo amichevole, chiedendo come sta l’altra persona prima di arrivare al punto (es. “How are things?”). “I am writing to inquire about…”). |
| Uso di strutture passive (It was decided that…) per risultare oggettivi, forme di cortesia indirette (I would be grateful if…) e assenza totale di contrazioni. |
| Lessico (Vocabolario) | Registro colloquiale. |
| Chiusura (Sign-off) | Calda e informale (Speak soon, Take care, Best, Love). | Professionale e distaccata (Yours sincerely, Kind regards, Yours faithfully). |
| 📩 Esempio Informale (A un collega/amico) | 💼 Esempio Formale (A un cliente/direttore) |

Hi Sarah, How are things? I was so sorry to hear you’ve been feeling under the weather lately. I hope you’re bouncing back! I’m just writing to see if we can push our meeting to next Friday. I’m completely swamped right now and can’t make it tomorrow. Let me know if that works for you. Speak soon, | Dear Ms. Jenkins, I am writing to request a rescheduling of our upcoming meeting. Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding an urgent project, it will not be possible for me to attend the session scheduled for tomorrow. I would be grateful if we could postpone our appointment to next Friday. Please let me know if this is convenient for you. Yours sincerely, |
L’esaminatore vuole vedere paragrafi chiari, ben spaziati e organizzati logicamente:
🔗 Usa i Connettivi (Linking Words)
Inizia i tuoi paragrafi o collega le idee interne con parole come Furthermore, On the other hand, To sum up.

I think working from home is very good but it has some problems. Because people stay at home they don’t spend money on buses and trains. So they save a lot of money and they sleep more. But they are alone and they don’t see their friends at work. And it is hard to work because there are distractions like the TV or children. So my opinion is that working from home is good but maybe people should go to the office sometimes to see people. L’occhio dell’Esaminatore: | It is widely debated whether remote working brings more benefits or drawbacks to modern society. While there are certainly challenges associated with this shift, the advantages of telecommuting are significant. One major benefit is the reduction in commuting time and expenses. Furthermore, employees often report higher levels of productivity and a better work-life balance, as they can organize their schedules more flexibly. On the other hand, working from home can lead to a sense of isolation. Without face-to-face interaction, professionals might struggle to collaborate effectively. Additionally, household distractions can negatively impact concentration. To sum up, despite the potential for social isolation, I firmly believe that the flexibility of remote work outweighs the disadvantages. Ultimately, a hybrid approach could offer the perfect balance.
